Always found it weird how watchable Veggietales was compared to other Christian cartoons.

I also remember some live action series with the main character who's an orange puppet guy named Herbert or something. I can't even find it in the internet.

Pretty damn well written for a Christian show meant for toddlers. A lot of the shows still hold up really well, and the music is great.
Phil Vischer is an underrated voice actor, he could go far in the industry if he tried.

Just rewatched it. It's actually pretty good, if only it had a better animation.

One of the few good examples of Christian entertainment along with Adventures in Odyssey. Shame the Netflix reboot isn't up to par.
