The new intro looks pretty good.

I like the comic panel effect, it makes me wonder if they are going to do a tie in comic with the same art style.

I'm glad intros are making a comeback. I hated when 2010 shows decided to have super short or no intros at all to make room for more advertising

Ironic that the Japanese industry's extensive use of singing intros was based on American cartoons. But since Japanese anime isn't based on advertising dollars, the intros are not skipped but are instead used to promote music that they then sell as a separate product.
While as you say, intros in America just kept getting shorter.
Well, at least Cable TV and on demand streaming don't suffer from that.

Man, when are they going to release new episodes of Tangled again?
Both the animation and voice acting are more bland than I was hoping for, but maybe it'll be good. I dunno.
Seems like it's going for a Gravity Falls vibe which kind of annoys me.
Pretty good. It's pretty cool how the song is more like an updated version of the original, kind of like the TMNT2k12 theme being like a new version of the 87 tune.
From the looks of the background, the cartoon will look like an animated comic.
Reminds me of The Loud House.
