Realistically, you'd want your SPY to be someone inconspicuous, you wouldn't want a bombshell, you'd want someone that can walk into a room, not be noticed, and be looked upon and dismissed at a glance. Anyone that walks into a room and I focus on for more than ten seconds would make a pretty horrible SPY. But then again, someone like that probably can't run across power lines, take out an entire building full of people, drive every vehicle imagineable, and stand up to the most powerful people on earth without blinking. But how or why would he be fat? He's not a glutton and he doesn't live a sedentary lifestyle so there's not a lot of reasons for him to be fat. Not to mention for someone who is basically a god that's immune to most diseases and aging, wouldn't that also extend a bit to weight gain?

The point of BP is that he is supposed to be the avatar of their god. Looking like a fucking statue is part of the job description. He is also rich and powerful enough to afford personal trainers and chefs to shape his body however he sees fit, not to mention surgeons, suit technology etc.

They all work and fight differently, have alien physiques or specific means of achieving any look they wish. Seriously, how should latent adamantium poisoning affect the look of Wolverine? Is Deadpool an accurate representation of supercancer fighting with healing factor? Carol Danvers can absorb or release millions of kilocalories at a moment's notice. Should she look like a normal person who stores energy as fat? I find it really preposterous to claim a definite answer if you are not in control of the IP. These aren't normal people. And they don't need to look like normal people. If you jump across roof tops in a panther costume and fight to the death on the daily, you won't get fat. Soldiers don't get fat on mission, either. Nor do athletes in training, unless they actually try to gain weight as a sort of commodity.
