South Park is not visually centric. Also a big thing about South Park is how current it is, you definitely have to "live in the now" to understand a lot of the humor. He'd either hate it or be totally uninterested, on principle and not for its crudeness.
But Walt was not as straight laced as the company makes him out to be.

I can't lie. I get shocked by some of the things from the show. Mostly how they had an episode where they outright said fuck uncensored on cable tv. Blew my mind that something like that was allowed by the fcc
