The show was bad before the lesbians anon. There's nothing worth to talk about outside of the animation and porn.

Some people probably had a problem with the serialization. The earlier seasons of Jack were great because we some him embark on an epic journey meeting various people along the way. Geendy shouldn't have completely ditched the episodic format because that worked. A few episodes of Jack and Ashi going on adventures would've been great for character development. Because of this Samurai Jack season 5 felt very rushed. But hey at least it was better than South Park season 20. That was complete shit.

We can, but Season 5 is still too fresh in our minds, so any discussion of the previous four seasons is going to feel hollow. I mean, we can't gush about Da Samurai or the Guardian episode because we know where they ended up, and it's not even slightly fun.

Because some people legitimately enjoyed the show and thought it was good, separately from your own opinion that it was shit.

People want to be free to enjoy it without some asshole popping up every time it's brought up that goes out of his way to rag on it.

And let's be honest here - there were people who legitimately didn't like the show, but most people are just trolling. So it makes sense people would get pissed at that, that's the point of trolling.

I think it was a great and enjoyable show with some pacing issues. Ultimately people need to find the opinion within themselves and learn to disregard all others.
