Jimmy, easily. Lets start with Deter and Jimmy are both smarter than the sisters. Now, Jimmy makes his inventions really fast. Their flaw is they are made of junk and untested. But they work decently well and are made fast. Dexter is more focused on the scientific method and setting up lab experiments, but when he does invent something it takes time to properly test. So given only two hours Jimmy would win.

This was all we needed to see and Dexter wins. He has something for fucking everything in his lab already, based on what we've been seen he could probably just go "oh I'm supposed to take these nerds out?" and proceed to hit the tactical nuke button on his computer. Done.

He has multiple Gozilla-tier giant robots available for use at any given time, he has a full arsenal of weapons he uses for saving the world and his own selfish reasons, he can make any bullshit imaginable with nothing but a wrench and some spare parts. Hell, he's got DeeDee who he can semi-reliably manipulate into taking out his foes as he's shown before and she's basically a chaos god incarnate when it comes to fucking up labs.
