Why does Japan get to make animation for all age groups while

Op it's all about the Jews and their control of the media. It's not a conspiracy, or anything secret, media in Japan is owned for several and more independent groups. So they try to aim at more niche markets, while media in murrika is dedicated to find the most bland and generic stuff possible to be enjoyed by more people, it's not about the public or cultural differences, it's just about maximize the profit with the minimal investment.

Cause it is easier to animate for a comedy show (most comedy shows can go cheap looking on cartoon style) and usually more serious cartoons would require a big budget for animation thus to make back the money higher expectations they prolly won't meet.

I mean just look at the Spawn cartoon.
