I'm trying to see if I've got the gusto in me to make a feature length cartoon, so a full 23 minute long pilot

i've got about 10 minutes animated so far in the animatic

its basically about two buddies going on wacky space adventures but get lost and up to some trouble, and I don't really want to reveal anymore specifics about it beyond that atm

for symetry just make sure the stuff on the left side is the same length as the stuff on the right side, not accounting for perspective
it especially noticeable if a limb thats on the side further away is slightly longer than the one thats supposed to be closer

overall your posing and anatomy is pretty amazing by /co/ standards, you should post some stuff with more detail

Test for a new look I'm working on. I usually rely on a rig created by someone else to animate my stuff but I'm hooping this will be my first step to being able to fully create my characters from the ground up.

The face is actually the texture of a sphere inside the box. I then combined the face texture with the texture on the outside of the box to make it look flat.

Today I got the final confirmation that I'm gonna be getting a private tour/meeting deal with Disney's animation studio next week. About ten hours from now I'll probably be getting the specifics of the itinerary and if it'll be with the Roy Disney building in Burbank or DTA in Glendale.

And here I am sitting up at 3:30 am, not working on the write-up for my movie but just contemplating the philosophical meanings behind my laziness and reluctance to do so. Even though I usually define "work" not only on rewriting my story but on shit as trivial as sifting through materials for my other projects or even sitting down to watch one of the movies on my fucking backlog. And when I do procrastination shit like wasting time on /co/, I only go on threads that vaguely remind me of my work and make me feel good about it, like I enjoy reminding myself of my obligations I refuse to fulfill. Twelve months ago I was concerned that I didn't have an audience, now I have too many potential audiences with too much power over me, and I don't know why this wall of procrastination is there.
