I don't know what the first anime was to do it but those fucking tournament rings always have perfectly symmetrical squares of marble. Even moreso if the squares make a circle. The cell ring got me rock hard because of its design.

I disagree. The production values tend to be higher in almost porn and they tend to actually have plots. I don't care about the 70th time today I've seen Amy Anderssen getting spitroasted, but waiting for hours just to get a flash of Mammon's nipple makes it much more worth it. The characterization is loads better in almost porn, so it makes it much better for people that care about the personalities attached to their tits.

Iron Fist is right now in a tournament arc, Immortal Iron Fist had a tournament arc. If comics can pull it we could get a cartoon to do so as well. But those kinds of cartoons just don't get made.
