They did a blood transfusion to save his life, but due to all the blood loss, he lost his Sweet Guy power. Since she finally got over her ex, Lida no longer had the headaches and her and Hosang get married.

Wasn't his neighbor. Just a wandering homeless man. The power was enough that he was able to go from homeless man gathering trash to rich and successful with women fawning over him showing what Hosang could have become had he abused his powers, but in the end, Hosang realises that he's happier with Lida and no powers than he would be with powers and no Lida and decides not to seek out the device.

It's good sequel bait though. The guy hid the device somewhere so a new series could be made with a new person finding it.
