The dutch had some pretty weird name changes at times for various shows. I hate how they called Hater Heer Heethoofd in the dutch show. It means Lord Hot head. Maybe cause the dutch pronounce Heet as the english word Hate?

yeah that's probably it, to make the mouth movements match up properly. but honestly it's pretty weird because in the past, cartoons used to have the original english names in the dutch dub, idk why they stopped doing that at some point

it was especially weird in gravity falls, where bill cipher got renamed to "bill codex" in his first appearance but later on they called him "bill cipher" again lol

hater's dutch VA is the best one by far, sounds a lot like keith ferguson's voice

not that it matters because dutch disney decided to give up at some point due to low ratings. there are a few segments during songs and such where you see the characters' mouths moving, but hear no dialogue because they stopped trying

despite this dub being average at best, i still want to archive it somehow but there's no footage of it online other than the videos posted by the disney youtube channel, and they stopped airing it a few weeks ago
