Superhero who whenever they wake up they have a new ability until the go asleep and it changes again when they wake up. Hero is meant to be a gag character. Every time he appears and shows off his new power, he always gets countered by that powers weakness. His catchphrase: "How did they know my one weakness?".

>Guy survived a nuke striking near the area he was in, goes nearly insane, can't live without radiation. Makes a big suit with tubes that pump in radiation to keep him alive.
