If the DCEU wants Marvel money, then why aren't they making

They tried in the 90's. Written and directed by the Wachowskis and starring Keannu Reeves. Got scrapped for being too expensive for its time and "The Matrix" was made instead.

The CGI for stretchy characters still isn't all that great and Knoxville is probably too old for it nowadays.
