Had sponegebob have ended after the movie, what wouldve happend to nick and even culture in general. Would we still be talking about him as much, and would nick have inevitabley turned into the glorified zombie it is today or would they have invested in newer shows and ideas.

Thats the thing, would they have caved into pressure and produce more episodes eventually if they did cancel it there as was the original intention? Its a very weird spot in history in that the events that did happen were so confounding yet from that one shows attempted cancellation a whole plethora of possibilities of what would happen to modern culture have spawned from it
