Morrison's OC shouldn't really be a thing. There's very little European influence in Gotham as-is. Though Dr. Hurt might be cool. Ra's will probably be the string-puller next season though.

Hurt would make a great counterpoint to Ra's. While the second one is an almost divine figure to his followers with somewhat noble intentions that could work as a father figure to Bruce, the other is just an evil dick surrounded with satanic imagery whose main purpose is corrupting people.
