How did /co/ react to Steven Universe when it first came out

I know I didn't really care much for it until I walked in on my friend watching the episode where Garnet fights Jasper for the first time.

Iunno, slice of life type TV shows don't really make me want to follow them. But now I pop in now and then to see what goes on.

I didn't care for it but I thought it was lighthearted and kind of fun so I gave it a few more episodes. Now all I care about is twisting the lore around in my head and make it super creepy and waifus.
