Sony owns "Spider-woman." Marvel owns "Jessica Drew." Similar to how Fox owns "Viper" (who they used in The Wolverine, but with a different real name) and Marvel owns "Madame Hydra/Ophelia" (who they used in Agents of SHIELD).

So Marvel could have a Jessica Drew show up, but she couldn't have Spider-woman's powers or the name "Spider-woman" while Sony can use "Spider-woman" and that powerset/look, but they're probably going to have to change what her actual name is.
