Which person in the comic book industry would you like to get drunk with?
One of the old guys like Rich Buckler or Mark Texeira

>This man used to be a debt collector
I bet he's got great bar stories
>>92891445
Steve Dillon. The guys seems a lot of fun in the pub.
Garth Ennis.
Who else?
>>92891445
Alan Moore and Grant Morrison and Mark Millar at the same time
Just to sit back and watch the show
>>92891533
Hence why I chose him as my image.
>>92891570
I've already drank with Garth, albeit briefly so that one's off the checklist
>>92891542
Anon, I...have some bad news.
>>92891445
He's a recovering alcoholic but I'm sure he doesn't mind others drinking.
>>92891533
What kind of debt? I used to collect on defaulted student loans. I'm convinced that's were our next financial crisis will come from.
>>92891445
Jim Steranko, Grant Morrison and Johns.
>>92891445
Real men drink alone, but sober up together.
>>92891937
I like his interviews even if I disagree with him on some things. He comes off sincere.

Palmiotti and Conner would be interesting...
Moore.
I just would sit back and listen to his ramblings.
Optionally Dini.

I'd like to have a drink with the redhead in the background
Didn't Nicola Scott find out that she was nominated for an Eisner when she was drinking with her fans? If so, I'd get drunk with her too.
Neil Gaiman so he can help me pick up chicks, Matt Hawkings to talk sci fi, Rob Liefeld to joke and have fun with, JP Roth cause she's hot and I like her prose
>>92892414
I loved the conversations between him and Matt Fraction in the back of Satellite Sam.

Since discovering Chaykin recently, his work and his interviews turned me on to a lot of interesting books, artists/writers etc. He definitely knows his shit and will call out bullshit while acknowledging his own. I really hope I get a chance to meet him at a con someday.
>>92892929
I usually take note about what illustrators he brings up in his interviews, they're usually worth looking into and studying.
Tom King would probably be a lot of fun to sit down and talk to.
I'd also like to sit Slott down so I can explain to him why I don't have his Spider-Man on my pull list just so I can argue with him.
Johns is likely to order a pizza, so there is that.
>>92891445
Steranko
Scott Allie. You know he'd bite your ear, and grab your dick; all while drunkenly slurring obscenities.
>>92891445
Based Chuck Dixon
maybe Jim Starlin if he's not a raging lib
>>92891445
Honestly Stan Lee. Fucker always has a story, and even if half of them are made up they're usually entertaining.
>>92894814
I'd sit with Slott because he's probably funny and autistic about old cartoons
Liefeld for sure
>>92891445
Johns. Hands down. I'd probably get a writing internship too.
