Mark Grayson quite his job, dropped out of college, got a job for a bit as a super prisoner security guard until he handed it over to a black guy but may or may not have still got a cut, lived off the sales and savings of his father's books and primarily in his parents house until he moved to an alien planet where he sort of held a temp job again as security but was never expected to do it due to his involvement in the Viltrumite war and the president of the planet knowing and liking his dad.

In his defense he's dealt with other people's shit so long unpaid or thanked that he sort of earned some lenience.

Always felt this was a bit of misunderstanding, he certainly lives in his mother's basement and seems to do nothing all day for the most part, but it's implied in one episode that he is something of a mechanic and car repairman. Possibly just as a hobby but all the same he told a villain who destroyed a car in his backyard that he was going to fix it, eventually, and he also apparently regularly attends auto shows and competitions (then again he enjoys all forms of competition generally) since Tiny, Goat and co. know Coop well as a contestant and salvager.

So it's like that show Car Warriors, except with absolutely no other contests or business or schedule.

I think Saitama was looking for employment before he became Captain Baldy, so he was technically not in employment despite job hunting.
I'm not sure what he was doing until the Hero Association but he seemed to just penny pinch from sales.

It depends on if it is permanent employment though. If a NEET looks at or constructs a computer for someone at a fee, does that mean they no longer qualify because money exchanges hands? I know a lot of guys who repair cars for just above cost and a case of beer but don't work at a garage.
