The Spider in her name makes the name part of Peter's franchise and you could get away to just having Jessica without her Spider-Woman persona but like I said Bendis making Ultimate Jessica Drew Peter's clone already screwed her over.

Hell the reason Jessica exists is because Marvel saw that someone was making a cartoon called Spider-Woman and they went and made their own cartoon with Jess and comic to beat them to the punch and trademark the name. The other people complained but they used Spider-Man as a justification for them trademarking her name and that because they owned Spider-Man that Spider-Woman should be theirs.
