I like how this and the other Asylum animated trailers seem to prove that there's no way to make a "so bad it's good" animated film. It's either all or nothing, or a complete fluke like "Foodfight".

The Asylum has always done Mockbusters. They were the people behind Snakes on a Train and Transmirphers.

Roughly 2/3rds of their business is mockbusters, and the remainder is terrible SyFy creature features.

I wonder how much the people who make these things hate what they do? Basically these things are made by people who also went to art school and probably had hopes and dreams of working on some animated piece, they probably wanted to make a Disney movie or be a part of the next big Cartoon Network series.

But something went terribly wrong and all they can do is poorly made parody movies of Disney features that only hope to makes sales to confused parents that mistake this for something else in a Wal-Mart.

Just imagine

>Realize the school is third rate and you never made any professional contacts
>now $180K in debt
>take absolutely any work you can just so you can do better than that Starbucks job
