I also just watched it, and I can say that I was delightfully surprised! I loved all the easter eggs and references and it honestly made me cry at some points.

Good movie but Bruce being infatuated with Barbara was weird but at least she was an adult in this.

Was a little too hyperactive. Not nearly as good as the first LEGO movie. I did like that they didn't shy away from the homo-eroticism inherent to Batman.

You ever watched any of the Lego shows? They have great writers surprisingly, sadly I haven't got around to watching this yet but I've heard good things.

Holy fuck, the level of attention to details in this movie is fucking incredible. The lighting, the plastic reflection, the scratch details, and etc.

And knowing that they actually build the miniature brick by brick with their own software makes it more awesome.

I wouldn't be all that surprised if Ninjago gets more attention and praise than Batman did because people aren't expecting as much of it.

great if you're a dc/batman fan, Lego allowed some jokes,not even talking animals could do.(like beheading,impaling or dismembering, or smear frames made of Lego)
Unfortunately minifigs aren't sexy at all, thus there's like zero memorable rule 34, which could respark interest in this movie now and then.

I really enjoyed it but I have to admit my autism was a bit triggered by not committing to the premise and leaving the Batman / DC pool to bring in all the WB villains for the finale.

I thought it was terrible and I see why it didnt do that well at the box office

This was especially annoying because plenty of the DC characters and Bat family didn't get their time.

Like Conan O'Brien is a brilliant comic and a DIEHARD Adam West Batman fan and you get him to play the Riddler but I can't remember a single line of his but have plenty memories of the Wicked Witch of the West and Voldemort? This is a Batman movie.

It sagged in the middle - after the release of the villains but before Batman went to the phantom zone, they could have cut ~10 minutes there for something else (more Justice League?)

Also this movie made me feel bad about going to a movie by myself instead of the rager my friends were at.

I liked this movie, Joker was cool and funny. Batman was funny and cruel, that's rare. This'll my favorite Robin from now on. I don't know why but I don't like Barbara, I don't know I can't get used to her.

I really wish they just named the Batgirl character Kathy Kane.

I wouldn't care that she's black or a cop or has nothing in common with Kane, Barbara is way too established of a character to fuck with so much.
