I'm a bit biased towards 18 as my first Dragonball wife but I do know she's broken the arms of planet-busters with minimal effort, and possesses infinite stamina/energy. Admittedly Carol can absorb energy (if there's a limit I'm unaware of it) but I figure once Android 18 figures out energy attacks only power her up, she'd stick to physical moves

Technically that scene is just filler and shouldn't be counted. Vegeta does claim he can destroy Earth during his fight with Goku though, and desu I don't see a reason to disbelief him given people were blowing up the flippin' MOON way back in Dragonball the max power levels were a 100th of what Vegeta has now.

I feel ki blasts aren't indication of true strength. It's more like a ki blast would set off a planetary sized chain reaction that would cause a complex system of unstable molten metal to rip itself apart. Like throwing a match into a cars gas tank.

The fact that vegeta can blow up a planet and get his arm broken after being kicked by a robot means he's pretty much a glass cannon. Plus those dudes catch and punch back massive balls of destructive energy all the time. Are they tougher than the planet? Yet they can be hurt like that by a super powered kick.
