That universe had its own Jean and Bobby and etc. etc. It's fair to assume that the Miles from 616 and 1610 were different Miles' from their perspective. Unless Miles told them "oh yeah, I'm that Miles you met in the other universe. I'm here now." then they'd probably just think that was that universe's version of him.
