If the same exact thing aired somewhere back in 2005, it would forever be praised like a perfect flawless classic.

Yeah because that means Genndy wouldn't have had a fucked schedule.
this is getting fucing ridiculous
Lol no it wouldn't, it'd be even worse.
>After 4 seasons, a new character is introduced in the last 10 episodes that somehow is a huge catalyst for everything
>this character has never EVER been in the series and even gets shoehorned as Jack's love interest from nowhere
>50 years bollocks wouldn't make much sense
The only redeeming factor is it would do TTGL before TTGL, which probably would get some praise. Also lot of the things the finale and other episodes did was very generic and cliche. I guess in 2005 it'd feel less so, but this isn't 2005 anyway.
Jack was already praised like a classic, the last 10 episodes wouldn't change that but people would be calling bullshit hard, especially when after all those episodes he doesn't even really fight Aku, kills him in seconds and the closure is rushed af, like pretty much everything else in the finale. After 10 years people are actually more forgiving because of hype and because they haven't sat with the series for so long waiting to see how it resolves, since instead it had largely been thought of as being put to rest.

It's a phase, it'll pass. A decade old show just ended. You can handle it anon.
>>92584297
No u.
>>92584297
>3 threads with the same picture is ridiculous for a show that finally got its ending after over a decade
You're retarded.
Yep, and in fact, the truth is most fans on the internet love it, it's just /co/ and tumblr that are bitching.
>>92584128
no, it wouldnt have
in fact, SJ wouldnt be regarded as well if it left with a shit ending

>I'm entitled to shit up the board with 20 copies of the same discussion because CN canceled the show 12 years ago

It's not one person you idiot. If you'd have been on 4chan for more than 3 months you'd realize this always happens whenever a major TV event takes place. Everyone gets excited and lots of threads on the same topic reflect that excitement. Mods actually have been deleting Samurai Jack threads this entire mini-season, but there's no way to make them all stop because it'd be like trying to censor 9/11 news stories on 9/12/01. It's what everyone who isn't retarded and living under a rock is going to be talking about.
In 12 years it'll be considered the classic it is. These things take time.
