You can't really "become" one of those people on purpose.

You just enjoy something so much that you can't stop reading about it.

You can't just say "I'm going to read EVERYTHING in [x] series!" because you're going to get burned out.

OP, how about you fucking "throw yourself into" a goddamn productive hobby?

Hellboy/B.P.R.D. has the most good material of those three. TNMT and Transformers has the most normie appeal and thus you'll have the most chances to actually display your knowledge. Regardless, showing that you know any of those three subjects in massive depth is going to be more embarrassing than anything in most circumstances.

Not to mention you can't really intend to learn about something in depth like that. People who know a lot about a particular subject tend to come by it because they're intensely interested in the subject and the knowledge comes naturally to them over the course of years exploring it and gathering information. It's about passion.

If you really want to be a wealth of knowledge about something then pick something you're really passionate about. Engage in it, explore it, enjoy it and everything will come to you easily. And for fuck sake pick something - an art genre, a music genre, books, pets, etc. - that won't automatically label you as some weird faggot.
