It's not an uncommon sight to see him hiding in his bathroom, eyes wide open with a terrified look every 4th of July. He avoids the Ed Boys whenever possible, though in truth the Boys don't really care about some shakey vet. Sarah is his only confidant, the one that brings him some joy and comfort. Without her, Jimmy would surely turn suicidal.

A no-nonsense Suffrage Activist. A hard as nails woman who is hot headed and quick to anger. Unless the Boys are packing heat, she's not afraid to go up to them and yell them off in their faces. The only man she could call a friend in this world is Jimmy. Sarah took pity on the broken Tin Soldier, and invited him to stay at her place. They're purely platonic, but She's come to understand that she's the only thing Jimmy has in his entire world.

Another Vet from the War, although one could argue the trauma did worse for him than for Jimmy. His best friend is a plank of wood he simply calls "Plank". Unlike Jimmy, one could be fooled by his happy go lucky personality, never guessing that underneath that off putting smile, was the man who "cleans up" after the Ed Boys, after a gruesome homicide. Only Johnny knows where the bodies are hidden.

Can't think of anything good for the Kankers I'm afraid, sorry.

Actually another interesting idea just came to me. Maybe Jimmy and Johnny knew each other from the War, and maybe as the war went on in 1917 (They're Americans so it wouldn't be long, but long enough), it shows Jimmy losing his confidence in all the chaos and blood, while Johnny becomes more unhinged from War itself, culminating in the climax of their traumas with Johnny doing something very very horrible in front of Jimmy, something so horrible, it sets up the characters I just wrote up.

I suppose, but I'm kinda leaning on a 1920s angle, so maybe his Father is like, either a famous popular retired Cop, or a famous soldier that fought with Teddy Roosevelt during the Spanish-American War. Kevin just sits in his shadow being nothing more than a shitty beat cop, or a Sergeant working in a piss hole neighborhood where the Ed Boys work in.

THERE WE GO! They're a gang of Southern Moonshiners the Ed Boys sometimes have to deal with when the Boys go to aquire booze to run. It might not be as violent of a relationship as in the original show, but it could just be the girls playing around and poking fun at the Boys while they roll their eyes and just pack the Booze up. Maybe occasionally they'll work together when it comes to running or fight against Revenuers. Banjo Chase music and all.
