This show was damn comfy. My favorite part was when the kids were all excited to meet the american soldiers that had come to liberate them, but it turns out they just got lost canadians instead

I will always remember Operation Teddy Bear (interestingly, a vidya game in comic form).
Rated E for everyone, with gestapo hanging old people and a spitfire straffing a german collumn, making some poor sap's eyeball go through the screen.
It had one of the slickest evil german officer I've seen in media, too.

At least french stories usually have a somewhat happy ending. Don't get me started on british children cartoons.

Fuck, man. I know he was a jerk and a traitor who wouldn't bat an eyelash at seeing the kids he was trying to rat out die, and that his sentence was probably for the best, but still, he was first and foremost just a petty coward. Who am I to say I wouldn't try pulling some of the same shit he did if put in his shoes? Despite being such a scumbag, he still had some believable humanity to him, and that's what I like about that show. I didn't enjoy seeing him get his comeuppance that way.

I'm on episode 8, and it's pretty good. There is a real gripping element to the stories.
