Happened to me once. Only realized it years later. This happened in fifth grade. I was an idiot then, the clues were obvious. The girl pinched or nudged me every chance she got. Had a habit of pushing me, I tripped and fell rather badly because of that once and it cause her to become simultaneously sorry and angry as fuck and demand that I forgive her "or else". She laughed at all of my jokes. And just tended to hang around me sometimes. Her friends asked me "strange" questions like what I think about her and such, which I tended to answer with evasions or jokes since her friends were also pretty, but nice girls in the class and I didn't want to antagonize them by calling their friend a jerk. She actually asked me out once, but I assumed it was some sort of set-up and basically went with the "how stupid do you think I am?" response. She was rather good looking. Less sexy and more cute: willowy and with a pretty face. I disliked her at that point in time, but I still kinda regretted not being smarter and realizing her feelings when thinking about it years later.
