because its a stupid question, if assuming no character induced stupidity, Flash blitzes with a speed steal, and millions of simultaneous IMPs. Supes doesn't even stand a chance, Flash is stupidly OP.

The flash. More velocity behind an object will make it hit harder. Much much harder than anything superman can throw. That's the logic behind his "infinite mass punch". He could hit superman 1000 times before he even has a chance to blink if he was going at full speed

This isn't even really worth a thread, flash wins literally every time in a one on one fight. Flash can gain near infinite mass and hit Superman harder then he could ever hit the flash, and the flash can do it a ridiculous if not near a theoretically infinite amount of times before Superman could react. Granted Superman could possibly avoid him by flying up high or leaving earth but then that isn't a fight.


It really helps that flashes power set and feats tend to be pretty consistent along with supermans as well, at least within recent decades.
