Well that's actually an interesting idea. If you're speaking within the same species, racism is almost entirely based on cultural stigma, but if you introduce an entirely different alien race with different capabilities, it's possible that raw factual differences could be pointed out and one could be considered either physically or mentally inferior on average.

Of course, the episode doesn't do anything to show this since Starfire was the driving force behind the success of their mission, although it could be based on how Tamaranian society (based on other episodes) is essentially the equivalent of vikings as opposed to something more civilized.

It also occurs to me that it makes sense that Starfire would not be used to discrimination and prejudice on Tamaran since pretty much everybody we see when they visit her planet is basically the same; the only outliers are Starfire and Blackfire, and Blackfire despite having black hair and purple energy is still a princess that was really only cast out for being a criminal.
