First of all, that's a gross exaggeration. He had a lot of involvement in DCAU stories that had nothing to do with sex.

And besides, sex is a normal part of life, and one of the most common played-with themes in mature fiction. Just because characters are fucking doesn't mean that the story is about fucking. All DCAU stories involve people punching and blasting each other in some way, but you wouldn't say that the writers are psychopaths or violent people in any way.
