How realistically would a Hero Holocaust be in Marvel? Because

If we assume that EVERY villain teamed up for this, it might be feasible.
What ISN'T realistic in any way is that after the heroes all die, the villains all just stick to their turf in America instead of fighting each other over dominion of the entire world. No way the Red Skull would be satisfied with just the East Coast, and none of the villains have any reason to let the Red Skull remain in charge of it, especially guys like Magneto or Doom that hate his guts.

As Mark Millar concluded in Wanted, the villains outnumber the heroes ten to one in any universe. Wehere they ever to unite it would be curtains.

The Villain teamups are stupid to the extreme: In Acts of Vengeance they just switched enemies instead of, say, all of Fantastic Fours enemies ganging up on Spider-Man. And then moving on to Daredevil. And so on...

It's easy to tell Mark thought up this scene, like how Logan killed the X-Men, as a shocker before the logic of it, because you can see Hulk's giant pants hanging as a trophy even though Banner's alive.
Unless you expect me to believe Hulk surrendered and gave his pants as a gesture of submission, then hulk jumped completely naked all the way to Cali to bang Jen.

Once the villains have no more heroes to fight, they have no need of allies anymore and they would kill each other.
Millar thinks he knows how villains would "really" act, but he clearly doesn't. He thinks of them like normal gangsters that would be satisfied with a small turf rather than larger-than-life megalomaniacs with grand ambitions and no desire to share.

2/ The truth is, every hero's villains scale with his or her power level. You don't often see Daredevil fighting Doom, or the F4 dealing with the Shocker, do you?
3/ As in the case with Logan, sometimes it's simply about using the villain's power set in a clever way.
