Let us ruminate on what the High Priestess might look like. Obviously we only get one glimpse of her in the first episode, but let us bear in mind that with a good estimation, this was at least 18-20 years before Jack fights the sisters.
We can assume that because all of the sisters looks the same that they bear a strong resemblance to thier mother; who by the time of the series picking up is probably at the least in her 60s or 70s. Givin her body-type in the most recent episode, it can safely be said that she is quite old.
So, my best guess is that she looks like a very old Ashi, if the priestess kept her long hair, it would have long since turned white with age. From the profile we get of her back in the first episode she either has a long face or a long neck. Perhaps we can get a drawfag in here to help us visualize

Her proportions are really, really odd, but I think that's deliberate, for the Aku parallel. Someone says she's got kind of a crane-like look, and I see it a bit.
I imagine that if you took away the mask and bodyglove, she'd begin to look a bit ridiculous since you'd have to map human features onto inhuman ones. Probably like a fucking Kaminoan.
