Don't know about the whole internet, but i can say with certainty that, on /co/, the Xavier: Renegade Angel/Homestar Runner fandoms are the best fandoms.

They randomly make their thread, sprout their quotes, reminisce tastefully, post a couple links, and leave. Threads are peaceful and comfy as fuck; virtually no bait to be seen. They never oversaturate the catalog, never interrupt other discussions, never screeching about politics, and quick to accommodate the ones out of the loop.

If you want something more active and recent, the /ctg/ threads, for as autistic as the concept is, share many of the same positives. They make their art, have their fun, and stick to their thread. probably because they technically aren't supposed to be here
