Instead of having Ashi literally bullrush an entire army, have it to where she uses traps or other things to do most of the leg work.
Hell do a 300 and she makes a really narrow walkway and fights them off in smaller numbers.

I was expecting Ashi to take a shield and a spear/sword/whatever from a dead soldier and use it to fit the rest of the army. I was also expecting her to use the terrain. And eventually she would fight some of them hand to hand and then they would retreat after being completely demoralized. I also expected the Mother to make sure Ashi is dead before going for Jack.

I thought it was fun watching Ashi wreck those smug orcs. I really like the final fight between her and Mamaku. I enjoyed Jack's passage through the ethereal to find and destroy his problems. I appreciated the gods coming back to give Jack one last push.

Most of you are overthinking a cartoon, that has the most ludicrous story anyways, and you're just whining 'cause you, as men, are too insecure to deal with a female character having development, dealing with her faults, and taking responsibility for the greater good.

The problem isn't about ashi taking down the army. If she used her chain weapon thing it would have been fine. But plowing through them like that with her bare hands undermines her character because it shows the writer needed to pull ridiculous strength out of his ass to give her in order to survive that. Not to mention it makes people question whether she is actually human or not. She isn't a likeable character anymore, she is just a plot armored piece of shit now. Like, there is not even a single doubt that jack can beat aku now that he has this superweapon by his side.

All they had to do was have Ashi use a boulder to kill the soldiers on the mountain and then grab one of the hundreds of fucking spears to fight the rest and it would have been perfectly fine. It was still a good episode though, I hate how people think that one bad scene ruins the entire movie/episode in everything, the only actually bad episode as a whole in this season was last week's, it sucked. Ashi is on the power level of young Jack from Season 1 right now, clearly. He destroyed an entire robot army on his own as well.

The only real problem is the fight sequence is a bit lazy, like they had to rush it. When Jack destroys the robots in the first 3 episodes, theres an entire episode dedicated to preparing for the fight with traps, and then the fight itself.

Honestly they should've made an entire episode dedicated to her defeating an army of her own with great difficulty.
