No, Wendy's not gonna surrender the pink and her interest in him has a lot to do with the fact he's too young to be a romantic interest
Grenda's taken and they have zero chemistry
Zero chemistry with Candy

That kinda leaves Pacifica but it requires bending the fuck out of Dipper's character to get him over Wendy first and pretending the character development in Northwest Mansion Mystery didn't get forgotten by the writers later on.

So yeah, it's viable but it's not like it's potential right in your face without leaning on your imagination.

If anything, if they showed her declaring how she's 100% fine with wearing those clothes, you'd be the first to whine about it being OOC because such changes naturally don't occur that quickly.
