The first arc is barely PG-13. Standard peter parker story with a couple of offscreen decapitations, some man of steel style punching through buildings and a few bloody bruises. Hell, most of the early violence is very downplayed and later violence is flat out cartoony, ripping people in half and other shit so absurd it's a couple of sound effects from becoming an adult swim comedy.
