I'd think being too young would be a weakness because their developing minds make them easily changed and manipulated.
However, being too old would also be a weakness since older people tend to be more rigid in their beliefs and that rigidity can be exploited to manipulate them.
So pretty much, I'd think having a human brain in general is a weakness.
