Is anyone else annoyed by how hard 80's and 90's Peanuts forced the Narrative that the newer characters were always main characters and that older characters never existed. I wonder how many people brought the propaganda that Peppermint Patty was in the Christmas Special.

Schulz himself admitted he was kind of tired of some of the original characters because their personalities were too bland/limited. As for Peppermint Patty being in the Christmas Special, I think a lot of people assume Patty was the same character as Peppermint Patty but with a different design.
