Hmm, maybe smaller personifications are being murdered around the city of New York and due to the fact that they're not human most police units won't really respond to the cases, except for maybe the Financial Crimes precinct who only give a damn because technically it falls into their jurisdiction. so, a new episode of "lune can't stop making -tans of channels owned by sony" with sony spin.
i have to thank a generous anon (https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/83496207/#83505801) for the idea. but i had to make my research, and i discovered that it was a latino-american channel, started as animax, changed name in 2011, showed animu at the beginning and then slowy ditched them for tv series. and then died in 2014.

i have few headcanons for her.
