Both Symbionic Titan and Megas would likely be placed in Galaxy Tier, given the ease of which they can move between worlds and while Megas has shown more capacity for planet-wide destruction I don't doubt it's within Symbionic Titan's capability.

Megas would go up higher though given it's displayed better feats. I do not know many of the bots in Galaxy Tier but I think Megas would go above Unicron but Titan below him.
