Oh! I've actually been thinking about this for Bart Allen for the past five years. But basically, my idea was to introduce a male love interest down the line, like twenty issues in, HOWEVER, he won't be forced in. He'd only appear a couple a time ever three or so chapters, before finally having a main role in a storyline, but even then Bart and him still aren't in a relationship -- still just friends. He'd finally be in the main cast and interact with the other characters for like thirty issues before finally him and Bart get together. But even then, they're relationship wouldn't be treated as a big deal. So my plan is to not force it and make it feel natural.

Much like how Steel was inspired by the death of Superman back in the 90's, a bunch of B or C-lister minority heroes join together as a team to replace the power gap left by the loss of Superman. They aren't the best heroes, or the strongest, or even well liked by other heroes, but they still go out and sacrifice themselves to try and protect the world from threats far out of their league. They are the Supers. It's not a happy comic, but more of a comic about people with some power getting stomped on by people with more power than them, and people seeing their friends die. And his math skills are now even greater!

He dies one more time and before he returns to life the Cult of Khonshu manages to interfere and steal his role as Khonshu's champion, creating a new, villain version of Moon Knight. Essentially they're hijacking Khonshu's power and using it to their own ends.

Khonshu however still has Marc's soul and decides to find a new avatar to topple the Cult of Khonshu. He chooses an Egyptian museum curator that just happened to be near a Khonshu idol in the research wing. Marc's soul is bonded to him and together they become the new Moon Knight.

The story would return to the earlier split personality themes that Moon Knight used to have, his Marc and the body's owner having conflicts with one another, but overall when they work together they're an even stronger Moon Knight than before as they fight their way back to America.

His logo would change from a crescent moon to a half moon, with Marc as the dark side and the new guy as the light side.

Eventually they'd touch on the fact that Marc is Jewish and sharing his body with a Muslim. The lesson is that we're all stronger when we work together in spite of our differences

I might be cheating a little with this one.

I'd make it so a Trigon cult had planned out her birth whole generations in advance to create the perfect host for their demonic god. Doesn't even need to be a replacement Raven, you would probably only need a soft reboot.

Over the course of centuries Raven's bloodline has been mixed through just about every race possible, as the cult picked those with powerful magical abilities to sire or bear the next child, which would then be groomed to carry on the bloodline. Sort of a magical eugenics. Arella was the first to rebel against the cult, stealing her child in the hopes she could get away from Trigon's influence.

Now Raven is part of all minorities and majorities, yet still a part of neither, and can resemble whatever mishmash of races the artist prefers. Dial up her feeling like an alien in the world, not only being a demon, but also having no true "home" to go back to for her human side.

Throw in a bunch of team ups with Superman, and play up the whole "home is where the heart is", "we are all connected", and whatever else you might want.

I would ask to just invent a new character. I think only a scant handful of GOTTA PUSH THE MINORITY CHARACTERS have worked.
I get the concept of race-swappig (since the idea is that race shouldn't matter, then it shouldn't be a problem), but either it's putting in someone shows that nobody gives a shit about, or boots that they could never fill, because anything and everything they'll do will be compared to that character.

I'm all for the concept of diversity, but no number of Jamals and Tyrones is going to get me interested in something that isn't written well. I don't want to watch/read low effort patronizing horseshit like The Help, but I don't like reading/watching stories about how every other white person is a demon in disguise.

I stopped watching Boondocks at S4, because it stopped being funny, and turned into the kind of show it hated, some pile of crap you'd find on BET, not something with a little amount of thought put behind it.
