What did you think of the new Brain Dump? Also when did Max get so good at making waifus?

Fuck off Max
I need porn of that Harley rip-off.
Also I thought The Jokester was fucking hilarious. Something about his flopping head is gut busting to me.
>>91356776
Burnbot is definitely the cutest female tv-robot (male).
Fuck OFF Max.
>>91356776
Why does Max think 12 year olds making dick jokes is the funniest shit in the world?
>>91357369
Max is slightly immature and embraces it

I thought it was good, he does make some decent points about The Joker, and I think he is right that the character could use having his jokey nature mixed with his insanity better. This has been something that feels to be missing in recent media. That and the Joker being overly used
To me, the biggest factor in what makes a Joker work is his respective Batman. The two should compliment each other tonally, never being too out of step. The more serious the Batman, the scarier the Joker should be. Conversely, the more comedy-based the Batman the more of a joke the Joker should be. If you were to do something like switch the Dark Knight joker with the Adam West Joker for stories, neither of them would work since they would clash with the worlds around them.
It's not about the Joker being a character in his own right, it's him being a major supporting element to Batman's character. An accessory not on the utility belt as it were.
Leto's Joker seems like they're trying to have it both ways. He certainly looks like a jokey, fun Joker but they also want to capture some of the Ledger Joker in him. But all this is against a more serious portrayal of Batman and it broke my suspension of disbelief that the two would be in the same universe. Joker wasn't used to service Batman, he was used to attract attention to the movie itself.

does the Harley rip-off have a name or are we sticking with Harley rip off/not-Harley?

you raised and interesting question for me when you brought this up. What if the Joker in the DCCU does something similar to the comics and changes his image and portrayal over multiple years?
It was an idea played with in the Grant Morrison run on Batman and some other previous runs by other writers noting that the Joker got crazier in some aspects or more serious in other iterations after certain toanl changes in the universe

Good animator, OK writing, shit opinions.
Go back to drawing porn
-Generic YouTube comment.

Elaborate? What do you find shit about his opinions?
Personally, I mostly agreed with him with how you have to have a balance, though its pretty apparent he's talking from a "cartoons & movies" standpoint and probably is very inexperienced when it comes to the comics.
I 100% percent agree with Max on Joker working better as a cartoony asshole throwing around ACME bombs rather than a 2deep4me, 2edgy4me, romanticized psychopath.
I think Joker should consistently either be his Silver Age, gangster counterpart, his Animated Series/Arkham Asylum counterpart or something in between.
That and not be written as an unstoppable mary sue that can beat super powered meta humans in a fight.
I honestly wish he'd keep these opinion-based videos to just his opinions. The first three minutes of having to sit through that crappy skit was really just painful. I'm reminded of a shitton of amateur youtubers who feel their content isn't entertaining enough on its own so they cram in some wacky comedy segments to pad it out.
>>91358438
Exactly, also that bit from Sausage Party was absolute horse shit
Best girl
>>91359403I'm so glad she didn't splode this episode.
>>91356776
I was kind of hoping Max would just throw burnbot away and just buy another one, would've been funnier.
>>91360386
She and Goofball are like his kids, he wouldn't do that
>>91356776
>silly vs crazy
>how can it be a joker if he doesn't joke
I like how he stretches to accommodate heath ledger joker but not Lego joker. Because.
>>91356776
Shut up Max you'll never understand real comedy and never experience real success
>>91359403
I want to fuck this tv
>>91360834
It's weird that you say that since he's done absolutely nothing to provoke the sheer ire in your comment.
>>91360476
she fucks toasters
>>91357590
Hardley Quinn?
>>91361435
That sounds weird, right? Just hearing me saying that? Imagine how weird it was to see it!
SHE FUCKED. A TOASTER.
I would obliterate this semen demon

>she fucked the toaster
Better than his Star Wars video, still pretty shitty.
>>91361300
Shut up Max
>>91362589
you think you can do better?
>>91362738
Your reading is as good as your writing, Max.
>>91362331
>>91362254
.mov Spike was really the only normal one in that series.
>>91356776
The video reminded me a lot of the revived Nostalgia Critic. His video is mostly sketch type comedy and not actual criticism or analysis. He wasted half the video on basically nothing at all.
