Remember how Jelly patties were all the rage, but you had Spongebob go overboard with the catching?
Maybe bring them back annually for a limited run- it'd be like the McRib of the Krusty Krab; people would go nuts for it and line up around the block, because they'd know they wouldn't be able to get any again for another year once the run is done.
Oh and also you won't get zapped by literally every jellyfish from jellyfish fields at the same time, so there's that too.
