superman in universe, he's always at the center of a crisis and pretty much a universal constant, the embodiment of heroism and all that is good in the dcu.
flash is a close third after bats and supes, despite him being a pretty important guy because of speed force and crisis shit he's not as involved as batman with as many teams and aspects of crime fighting. batman has been elevated to god status not once but twice, and he's been in pretty much all superhero team in-universe and probably keeps tabs on everyone important on earth.
