Still am. Testing my hand at drawing and I'm now developing an insane level of appreciation for writer/artists. Anyone that can take their idea and literally put it on paper has my utmost respect. On the writing side the story bible is still being worked on. I realized I was approaching my scripts with about 3/4 of a story so I'd always end up with semi decent issues but nothing spectacular. Meow I'm making sure I have the entire story written in a semi-narrative form from start to finish so I can "visualize it" and then traslate to page. Rocking the 2x4 grid and loving it. Thought about changing but it seems like it'd be too much work.

Bingo. Context is always key when understanding a story and I guess I should have provided some for that ridiculously corny name. All I can say is that when it's done I'm going to let it speak for itself because you better believe I'm posting that shit here. Only issue is whether or not I post the full scripts sans art or the finished product. Probably both (first being more likely).

It's a pity Slott burnt you out, OP, funny enough Spider-Verse was the highlight for me.

It fell apart during the third act but the art was mostly on point and the designs were fun.

I'll admit I've only read the tail end of JMS spidey so I didn't know Morlun well enough to be bothered by how he had been handled.

I'm still willing to storytime Amazing Vol. 3 to Clone Conspiracy but that is where I draw the line for Slott. Also doing tie ins for any events is out of the question. Tracking down all the tie ins were a pain. Only main series.

I remember reading a story called Hulk: The End where that exactly happened. Not sure if that Hulk ended up becoming the Maestro or if like you said alternate earths are involved.

Don't have enough interests to check out Secret Wars RYV, but the Conway run is really holding my attention. It just feels so simple and fun compared to the years of Slott.

I had never read this far down Slott's run before. I hadn't realised that we finished Vol. 2 but I can see now that was the final issue.

Cheers for pushing through. Like I said it's a shame you've lost enthusiasm for the series but really that was to be expected.
