/a/ here.
Is Warners vs. Disney a thing here like Shaft vs. Kyoani there?
Not really.
>>91221602
It's more like Disney vs. Dreamworks
There are some /tv/ tards who sperge about "The Mouse" but that's it.
>>91221792
Pretty much.
I guess you chalk up Marvel vs. DC but shit's up sideways for that to the point it really doesn't matter anymoreagain
CN vs Nick VS Disney is the closet thing to a rivalry in animation but it never gets serious
Marvel vs DC does get heated but only thanks to /tv/fags who think console wars are a good thing.
Why did you tought WB and Disney had a rivalry here?
No one really cares about DC vs Marvel. Everyone agrees that most of Marvel comics is shit right now and DC is sometimes good to mostly average. Only /tv/fags care about movies enough in terms of "versus" threads but the general consensus is that Marvel movies are mostly entertaining while the DCEU is beyond fucked for the future.
If anyone vs. Disney is a thing it'sIllumination.

Warner Bros' biggest competition was mainly MGM not Disney
>>91222008
This. Every other board thinks /co/ has a stereotypical Marvel vs DC thing going on, but in the decade I've been coming here it's never been anything more than a few rare shitposters. (and moviefags)

Most of /co/s animation discussion is shitty generals about whatever the currently popular Cartoon Network and Disney shows are. They tend to stick to their own threads too besides ones like Adventure Time, Steven Universe and Avatar that flooded the board at their heights.
The closest thing you get to company wars is Marvel films vs. DC films, but the DCEU is so fucking trash that it basically has no defenders at this point.
