You have to be physically fit and have to have the endurance to be a firefighter or a soldier. Anyone who don't have these strengths are kicked out or drop out on their own. If a woman has proved herself to carry the job of being a soldier or firefighter, I assume she's capable of doing the same things her male colleagues can do(and I'm not saying in general that women are as strong as men. Only that some might have what it takes to be at the same rank as them).
