So... Assuming each daughter is 20, He can produce at least 50 children with each surviving Daughter of Aku before average age of death at 70. Assuming that 3 of them survived the battle that's 150 of Jack's seed trained since birth to kill Aku.

Where it gets interesting is if all of them also give birth to 7 children per birth, at which point Jack has an army of 1050 warriors to kill Aku with.

If anybody is out there not memeing, I just want to say I am in love with this show. I am a retard but there is something genius going on in this series.

The aesthetic strips down everything to it's core elements. All the ideas are simplified, you know what's going on without the characters needing to use explanation in the dialog. It's pure storytelling. It's how a lot of movies and tv shows should be. This Gennedy guy is a God at storytelling. I never watched the originals because I was a super weeb and thought Samurai Jack was trash, but now I have to go and watch them now. And for me, having not watched the show, to understand exactly what's going on is a testament to how well crafted the show is.

When Jack kills the first sister, the in profile reaction shot is one of the single greatest still in animation in the last twenty years alone. If it helps, though I'm not sure if it should, that episode and Jack is naked were written by two people who were previously involved in Ren & Stimpy and Spongebob squarepants, and Genndy said at the beginning of Season 1 there was no word whether they'd get another season until the last two or three episode were in production, so my blind assumption is he recognized they needed more stuff to pad things while they figured out real scripts, plus they'd generally need to maintain some degree of levity.

So he probably focused himself and the other writers on more drama and action related stuff and left the comedy to the two guys from shows famous for that. Another blind guess is their scripts came in days before they needed to start production for the episode, he looked at them and realized he didn't have time to rewrite the absurdity on paper and just put them out hoping the rest of the season would bury the memory of them, and maybe told the two to tone it down.

s1e4 - Jack, the Woolies, and the Chritchellites - Chris Reccardi and someone else. Odd tone, early season, early episode. Clearly dipping his toes in the pool.
s1e9 - Jack Under the Sea - Reccardi and someone else again. Odd but fairly sensible.
s1e12 - Jack and the Gangsters - Reccardi solo. Comical but entertaining without being offbeat

s2e3 - Jack and the Smackback - Reccardi solo, starts as straightforward gladiator stuff, but there's stuff like the ticklish giant sumo wrestler.
s2e8 - Jack and the Farting Dragon - Reccardi and Aaron Springer finally team up, to everyone's dismay.
s2e11 - Jack is Naked - Here we go again

s3e1 - Chicken Jack - Team up again, but springer probably just wanted to recycle the Reccardi's Smackback setup for a quick first episode with his own oddball twist
s3e9 - Jack and the Haunted House - That's right, they know not only how to stop fucking around but knock it out of the park

s4e3 - Samurai vs Samurai - Comical but entertaining and somewhat grounded like Jack and the Gangsters
s4e9 - Jack vs Aku - Thoroughly entertaining, chiefly because it minimizes the focus to the basic elements of Jack and Aku playing off each other instead of any outside oddity

I couldn't help but question the wisdom of raising these assassins literally under a rock. I mean, I understand that focusing on your training is important, but they have no reason to believe that Jack is also living in a cave. They need to be prepared for the outside world. All that intensely focused training with weapons isn't going to do anything to Jack if her dumbass eats some poisonous mushrooms or dies to some other easily avoidable natural threat. Especially considering how dangerous the outside world of the future is. If some giant, rabid robot showed up but it's shadow kind of looked like Aku's head, would they know not to bow down and allow themselves to be eaten?

I guess the high priestess was trying to replicate the scenerio which lead to the superhuman Jack became, taking the whole "train for all your childhood" to the extreme in hopes their numbers and focus could lead them to defeat jack. Also, the whole "Aku is super evil and showing the outside, where jack isn't actually destroying anything, would prove that" was probably also a consideration.
